User Account Deletion Policy

At Malayalam Trolls & Greetings Maker, safeguarding your privacy and granting you control over your personal information are our top priorities. If you wish to delete your account, we’ve streamlined the process for your convenience. You can delete your account in either of the following ways.
Option 1: Delete From the App
- Open the Malayalam Trolls & Greetings Maker app and go to your settings.
- Tap on the “Delete Account” option.
- You’ll see a confirmation popup outlining the deletion process and its consequences. Follow the prompts to proceed.
Option 2: Request Deletion via Support
You don’t have to use the app to delete your account. You can also request deletion directly by contacting our support team from your registered email address.
- Send an email to teamfourbigbrothers@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account.
- Use the subject line “Delete My Account.”
- Alternatively, you can chat with us on WhatsApp to request account deletion.
- We use your registered email address to verify the request and locate the correct account before deleting it.
What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove your profile information, the templates you created, your likes and saves, follow relationships, and other data associated with your account. Certain records may be retained where required by law, then deleted once no longer needed.
